On September 26, Sabrina led 11 participants through some exercises in deep listening, as well as experiencing and processing discomfort, and the Indigenous “Medicine Wheel.” This tool enables us to think about interconnectedness of physical, psychological and spiritual life in continuous motion and flow (rather than hierarchical relationship). We touched on the relationship of Euro American and Indigenous Americans in this complex region, as well as issues of what restitution means for reconciliation.
