Land Acknowledgement Workshop, facilitated by local activist and business owner Sabrina Mercedes—Come and learn what a “land acknowledgement” is, what it is not, why it is, whose work it is, how the UUA advocates for it within itself and its congregations, what it has looked like here at UUFM since 2019, and what it might look like here at UUFM, as well as drafting some statements.
