The Book Discussion Group has selected The Jesus Cow by Michael Perry, a humorous novel in Garrison Keillor-esqe style about a Wisconsin farmer who discovers the face of Jesus on one of his calves. Amazon calls it “a comic yet sincere exploration of faith and the foibles of modern life.”
