To witness wonder – one might think that is so easy, no burden at all.  All you need is a watchful eye.  Yet amidst the rush of our everyday lives we haven’t time to take notice.  How can something so simple as wonder be so difficult for us?  Perhaps we post-moderns should consider an 11^th commandment – “thou shalt be a caretaker of wonder.”
