A “Welcoming Congregation”

In 2006, the Fellowship became a “Welcoming Congregation.” A designation that goes well beyond an expectation of warmth and friendliness, “Welcoming Congregation” calls us to be radically hospitable. We are called to create the Fellowship as a place where it is easy to see and feel that all belong. Rev. Rita looks forward to exploring this requirement with the congregation.

Quotation: “Some of us aren’t meant to belong. Some of us have to turn the world upside down and shake the hell out of it until we make our own place in it.”—Elizabeth Lowell
