The Next Steps Weekend, September 30 through October 2, culminated in a short presentation from our consultant covering highlights of our proceedings along with observations about how we stood in relation to other congregations. The consultant then sifted through all the information generated over the course of the weekend and summarized it in the following final report. Considerable time and energy went into developing the contents of this report.

Thank you to everyone that participated in the small group discussions and the Saturday workshop, along with everyone that completed the online survey. As you read through the report try not to dwell on what might have been; instead, consider what we might become—as individuals, as a congregation and as a force for justice and well being throughout our community and the world at large.
