Dear Friends,
As I continue to keep you all in my hearts and thoughts, please know that I am just an email or a phone call away. Below you will find my open Zoom hours, or you can reach me on my personal phone at 507-995-7929. I will continue to do my best to serve as a resource to our community, through connecting you to one another and of course, directly. Being a light in the lives of others is as important as ever, and I hope you will stay connected.

My approval of new members in order to access the information there is what makes the group a safe space for sharing. I will be sharing our weekly stories as Facebook videos on my personal page publicly and sharing them in the group.

Our virtual Stories for All Ages are now available on the UUFM YouTube Channel. At least one new story will be available by Sunday, each week. Keep an eye out for more content to come, such as guided meditation for kids.

Virtual Children’s Chapel
We are going to try holding a space for our children to come together again this Sunday following coffee hour. We will gather at noon and begin at 12:15pm in the main worship service virtual meeting room. If your children would like to have some rocks and shells and a chalice ready, we plan to follow our typical routine – just over Zoom!

Youth Group:
We want the youth to be able to have their own platform to connect face-to-face with one another. Lee, Barb, and I agreed that between the three of us, we will make sure that Zoom Meetings be held each upcoming Wednesday from 6:30-8pm. This Wednesday, we plan to check-in, spend a little time chatting, and try some games! I sent an email via Breeze to youth families with the call info through this month. If somehow you did not receive the info or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out by phone or email.
Peace Camp:
Unfortunately, as you might imagine, we are choosing to refrain from holding Peace Camp this year. Hopefully, having contact with the staff at First Presbyterian and MYPlace will lead to some beautiful work when the COVID-19 restrictions are over.
