Board President Notes
It’s the summer of 2020
The church has left the building
We are serving neighbors, working for justice
Comforting those in need and
Encouraging Rev. Rita and all who work tirelessly on our behalf
to take time to rest and restore. If your own time of reflection is giving rise to untapped urges to “act for justice,” one opportunity I’m finding meaningful is UU the Vote, a non-partisan, faith initiative that offers leadership training, publicizes opportunities for action in our region and collaborates on voting efforts with other like-minded groups.
Sean Easton has been our connection to MUUSJA (Minnesota UU Social Justice Alliance).

Recently, I’ve joined Sean and several UUFM members to share ideas about ways we might be active together on local voting projects.
Our first action: to share voting information with our members and friends – see Voting Links Please explore and share these links with others.
