Dear Ones,

The happy day is upon us! We gather in from our far-flung places and lives to become once more a congregation celebrating our past, present, and future through our traditional Water Communion, as well as a party and picnic designed to welcome all. I look forward to seeing you on September 11 at 10:30 at the Fellowship and through Zoom. On this day, we re-commit to sustaining the life of our Fellowship, celebrating 70 years of nourishing spirits, broadening minds, nurturing the earth, and building community with love beyond belief, acceptance of our whole selves, and a thirst to work for the justice and liberation of all.

Ingathering marks the beginning of my fifth year serving the holy with your Fellowship. We have accomplished much and endured much as a people in these last years. And there is more we can do together to live out our UU principles and values. With joy, I look forward to all we will be together, and all that we will do together. May you remember, today and every day, that you are loved, you are worthy, you are welcome, and you are needed. May you feel it so, and may it be so.

With blessings and best wishes, Rev. Rita
