The Self-Care and Seasonal Connection

UUFM joins the Michael Servetus Unitarian Universalist Society for worship this morning. The Self-Care and Seasonal Connection: The Summer Solstice marks the longest day as the Winter Solstice marks the longest night.  But did you know that the changing of the seasons are not just astrological or spiritual events?  How the earth cycles and its changing seasons have a biological effect on the human body, once again affirming our interconnected web of existence. Led by long-time lay leader Barbara May.
