Unitarian Intentions and Presidential Contradictions

Millard Fillmore was the 13th President of the United States, a Unitarian and member of the congregation in Buffalo, NY, and he is buried there in the Forest Lawn Cemetery. Fillmore’s legacy reminds us that our intentions as Unitarians and Unitarian Universalists can be hard to achieve when companions with privilege and power.
